SATURDAY MORNING DRILLS Saturday morning drills are the perfect way to start your weekend. 90 minute co-ed drills will focus on 30 minutes of fed drills and 60 minutes of live ball play. In addition to getting plenty of reps in, modern stroke techniques will be introduced along with tactical matchplay advice. TENNIS IN NO TIMETennis can be intimidating but it doesn't have to be! This four week beginner course will give you all the basic skills to start enjoying the sport. Groundstrokes, volleys, and serves will be taught with a final week getting you started with matchplay and rules.

SUMMER CARDIO TENNISCardio tennis is back at Eastmoor with one hour of high intensity fed and live ball drills! Tennis can be a great workout especially paired with agility ladders and fast-paced rotation games. There are always modifications to tone down the intensity as well!
